… Means you have to be creative. I’m pretty lucky that my so-called “creativity” can be executed at homeware store. Lol.
I really thought that our mayor’s new policy (no plastic bags from stores or else…) wouldn’t go there : the homeware store. But my thought obviously wrong and I was obviously have none any of my shopping bag in my back pack. So yes. I HAD to be creative, or I’d have a 10 minutes nerve-racking drive back home, holding a baking pan, a dimsum box and a mop while riding the motorcycle. Talk about balance there… *Sigh.* Don’t imagine it. I just can’t.
I was feeling sorry for myself just like what the cashier showed from her last words. Then I saw some stacks of kitchen napkin next to the cashier. I already paid my shopping and about to buy the kitchen napkin to be used as creative shopping bag replacement. I was a bit hesitate to buy the napkin since none of them is my fave color. But I took a look anyway. Alas… With God bless. There were the light blue kitchen napkins underneath piles of other colors. I grabbed like 2 in same color and start to wrap my shopping items just like I wrap my lunch box on Japanese style. The very simple Japanese style I mean.
And voila! All items (except the mop) wrapped perfectly and I did some strength test too a bit. All good. The cashier giggled on my idea while I was wrapping but I could feel she’s glad too that I could bring home my shopping.
I drove back home worrying only 2 items. The mop that hang loosely in front of me and the rain that suddenly pouring just when I just rode out from the store. But FIY. All good. My shopping not fall or broke on my way home, the mop itself also very understanding to stay put and not move too much and the rain just pour for a short moment.
Time to clean up the house!
